Contest rules — viewing trip Costa Blanca

1. Organiser
This contest is organised by Moraga Real Estate SL, attn. Esthère Moraga, Calle Alfonso XIII n°2, Local 4.3, 03178 Benijófar, Spain, VAT number ESB10799294, trading under the name Moraga Immo, hereinafter “the organiser”.

2. Participation
Participation is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over residing in Belgium or the Netherlands. To take part, register for the webinar of 20 August 2026 through the official registration form and attend the webinar live. Employees of the organiser and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Prize
The winner receives a viewing trip to the Costa Blanca for two people, consisting of a return flight from Belgium or the Netherlands and two nights in a hotel, booked by the organiser, with a total maximum value of 1,000 euro. The trip includes a guided viewing of one or more of the organiser's projects. The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The trip is to be taken by mutual agreement within six months of the draw.

4. Selection of the winner
After the webinar, the winner is drawn at random from all participants who attended live. The winner will be notified personally by email or telephone within seven days. If the winner does not respond within fourteen days, a new winner will be drawn.

5. Personal data
Participants' data are processed in accordance with the organiser's privacy policy, solely for the administration of this contest and, subject to consent, for further communication about the organiser's offering. The privacy policy is available at www.moraga.immo.

6. Liability and changes
The organiser may amend, suspend or terminate the contest in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. The outcome is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The organiser is not liable for any damage arising from participation in the contest or from taking the prize, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

7. Acceptance
By taking part, each participant accepts these rules. The winner agrees that their first name may be used in communications about this contest, unless they object.
