The agency, Moraga Immo, takes its name from the founder, Esthère Moraga. After two years of dedicated work, Lisa, Esthère’s niece, joined the team. Lisa made the decision to move to Spain, obtained her real estate license, and now co-owns the agency with Esthère. Both Esthère and Lisa have backgrounds in Spanish, Dutch, and Belgian cultures, having spent much of their childhood in and around Torrevieja where their grandparents owned a second home.

Their multicultural upbringing allows Esthère and Lisa to deeply appreciate and bridge the gap between these cultures, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Transparency lies at the heart of our values, guaranteeing clear and honest communication at every step of the real estate process.
